So I got a quote on quote "FRIEND" whose house I chilled at with my people. Now upon arrival to the house instead of looking for parking he advised my friend that parking in the PARKING GARAGE right next to his vehicle is fine. Next morning... My friend gets a ticket. I called dude asking if he could pay for that ticket, and dude says he ain't paying it.... Opinions please?
